Our UV Neon-Pastel Liner Water Activated Palette has 8 Neon and Pastel UV shades. Colours include Pastel Green, Pastel Lavender, Pastel Aqua, Neon Yellow, Neon Blue, Neon Pink, Neon White and Neon Orange.
Switch on the Black Light and enjoy the vibrant colours.
Safe to use on eyes, lips and face.
How to use: Dip brush in water, use the wet brush into the product and mix to get the product to a thick paint form. Apply the product on the skin as desired.
